Residual problems from outage

Prior to this month's service outage, we had 3 BlackBerries (Curve 8330, Bold 9650), all working fine. Ever since service was restored, all 3 phones have seen a drastic drop in battery life, and constant hourglass hangups. Many battery pulls have not helped. Any suggestions? Anyone else having the same issues?

BIS going down for a bit and then restoring wouldn't cause that (it's the equivalent of turning off your mobile network and restoring it basically). Sounds like something in your OS is screwed up or you're running out of memory.

What is strange is that the 3 BB's are in different parts of the country, and all began experiencing the same problems at the same time.

Not in my experience. I can count the number of times I've needed a battery pull or soft-reset in 6-years on my left hand.

I am not sure, but I tried a few things after the blackout, not sure if they were necessary, but one thing I did was to resend the service books. Not sure if that would help you are not.
