 Outage top story on CBS Evening News
I realize that the network news programs no longer hold the central place in American life that they used to, but still, to see the outage not just as a story buried later in the newscast (as one outage was a couple of years ago), but the LEAD story kinda blew my mind: Evening News Online, 10.13.11 - CBS News Video
It's not all negative since the angle of the story is the dependency on smartphones. Plus it does indicate that the powerful in D.C. and lawyers use BBs. The end of the story points out that RIM is on the ropes, however.
