OUTAGE in Europe & Middle East 10/10/2011

We are having an outage in Belgium. All people I know with a BB have this problem, with different carriers.

Friends in the UK same problem.
Friends in Middle East same problem.

Started around noon.

Here from the Netherlands.

PING doesn't work here too, however I did just quickly received a ping I sent to myself, but when I tried to ping myself again, it didn't work..
