 Ongoing 3G issues - St.Thomas-Elgin, Ont
There have been ongoing Rogers 3G issues in the St.Thomas/Elgin Ontario area since march. Rogers is aware, but the problem is still not resolved. The CSR's have been told to tell customers "just use 2G" which isn't really satisfactory.
5 months is a little excessive. Rogers says its a tower issue. Half the people I talk to say CSR's are telling them the network is fine in this area so it must be their phone. The other half are being told its a known issue. No real consistency.
