Hello,

Anybody else having issues with O2-UK?

Since last night my BBM messages have been painfully slow with a lot of messages not being received.

I've connected to my home wi-fi as well as mobile internet and the messages are either very delayed or some are not being sent. However I am receiving messages, which to me seems strange.

Connections to other apps via Wi-Fi has been fine but the Mobile Internet I've noticed has also been very slow. WhatsApp and Kik are the other 2 I've been using, through Wi-Fi they've been fine but Mobile Internet are also delayed.

I've contacted O2-UK customer services and the clerk I spoke to stated I was the 2nd person within the hour to have notified him specifically of this problem, however he did not want to say it's a RIM server issue as they've not heard anything.


This started for me last night at about 9 or 10pm.

Anybody else having problems or know anything more?

Ye it would appear i'm also having problems this evening. I can receive from some people all the time but when I send I get no 'D' or 'R'
