Not getting E-mails

I'm in Portland Oregon....well, Oregon City, Oregon. Its a few miles outside Portland. For the past few days I've gotten late emails. I will send from one BB storm2 to another. They don't get the emails tell, if I'm lucky a few hours later or the next day. Who knows how many important emails I've missed, not gotten. I keep my PRL updated, I send service books, no change. Is this a outage or something else?

We had an outage here in CA where emails were delayed that lasted about two weeks, but it seems resolved now. One thing that helped during the outage was to open up the browser, that seemed to activate the connection with the rim server and then the delayed emails would come through. Also, emails came through when on wifi connection, have you tried those two things?

There's no wi-fi signal for me to use. I'm thinking of getting something to hook up to my computer or modem so I can have wireless wi-fi service on my BB storm 2..I just don't know what to get or how to do it..
