Default No email service on TMO Puerto Rico using BIS
Just noticed it a few minutes ago, sent some test emails, and theyhave not pushed to my BB yet. Other apps like FB, UberSocial, BWeather, etc. work over wifi and 3G...

Because T-Mobile will release the BlackBerry 9900 on August 31st, I am considering switching to that carrier. How would rate T-Mobile's service in Puerto Rico?
