No BES Service in Pennsylvania

Got over 400 devices on BES, no email and no internet at of about 8am. On hold with RIM for over 10 minutes currently.

On the phone with RIM and they are supposedly not experiencing any issues but I was on hold for about a half hour before I talked to someone. We are seeing delays of about an hour or 2 in email.
