No data here either in ne ohio. and alltell teck support wont answer the calls

Apparently RIM put a new option (wireless updates) under advanced options and I hit that wiped out my data network connection even though it showed my data network was still connected.

I just saw under a different thread how to check this and fix it and it worked for me .

Under manage connections>mobile network options>data services, does it say ON? Under options>security options>firewall is BIS checked?

I'm in east Ohio but central near Youngstown. Data was working all day.
