Is it my 9930 or is it Sprint Service...Slow internet and email today

Is anyone experiencing slow service today with Sprint? I am having problems with slow internet and I have only received 3 emails all day, but when I look at my account online I have about 50 received today. I have done normal trouble shooting stuff like resend service books, reboot, and checking from a different location. Still nothing. I am trying to figure out if something is wrong with my phone or is there a problem with the network. It has been a slow for the past 2 days now. I really don't want to call just yet. Been waiting to see if it kind of work itself out.

Sounds like a BIS issue. Internet and email all go thru RIM servers before they hit ur phone. Calling Sprint and seeing if there are any towers down in ur area too, that would affect speed as well. Good luck.

I'm on Sprint and just about 2 hours all of my emails stopped arriving, I can send because I've sent a few test emails to one of my other accounts and it arrives there on the internet, but not on my phone. I have re-sent service books too, but nothing.

You're not alone... I was receiving e-mails fine until 4pm. Also on Sprint.

Monday I wasn't receiving emails for about a three hour period then they all came through at once - talk about annoying!

For about the past two weeks I have been experiencing all sorts of issues with BBM. Is anyone else?

BIS has been a little hinky with all of the changes they've been making, lately. I know of a number of people who've had similar Snafus, not just Sprint.
