Default I Think BIS is Getting Back

I don't believe it. A big backlog of BlackBerry Messenger messages and emails are now coming through and is maintaining a somewhat steady flow. AT LAST! My withdrawal symptoms were having me sat at a computer for longer than usual since I need important emails from colleagues. What's more, I never had a single doubt in RIM and had no intentions of jumping ship or feeling angry enough to throw my phone at a wall as a friend of mine did. Oh well, it was only an 8520!

I'm on Vodafone UK in Kent, England. Anyone else got emails and BlackBerry Messenger messages coming through? There is this dumba*s broadcast flying around which reads:

"062345877~REP :Broadcast this and your BBM will get repaired this is working"

How can anyone believe these broadcasts?

I had some apps start to sporadically work (FB, AW) but email is still not working and I can't browse.

Yep, got spam too. Still some relief that they're all coming through now. I do wish for the other servers around the world to get up and running soon. BlackBerry Messenger is now running smoothly.

I'm starting to receive BBM messages. I am assuming those are backlogs. But I am getting them very gradually.

Yep. I cannot see how people can believe the things that get made up about Blackberry Mssenger. Can't think of anything else to do with their time I guess.

Let me know when it reaches Telus. I was up earlier today but I been down all night and still down. Oh well. I will check it again in the morning.

The Telus rep on the phone tonight said he is still down as well. So this back up thing is being pretty selective at the moment.

I had BES connection most of yesterday afternoon. But I had re-installed OS and the Enterprise Activation would not start for some reason without BIS

But during the night it all came thorugh, the phone was activated, all mails delivered and BIS services available
