I can't use internet! (With BIS!)

Hi,
I bought blackberry 9000 couple days ago (its my firt BB phone) and I've bought the Blackberry Internet Service on 3 (Three) UK, but the internet is not working! The only thing that works is the browser with the WAP icon, and it says that is a : Planet 3. So if i go trough this app I can use the internet. Other applications like the normal web browser, Palringo (IM), Facebook, Grooveshark etc. are not working (every applications which use the internet connection). Please, Help : (
