    Default Fido Data Outage July 12th, 2012

    I just rebooted my phone and lost all data usage.

    It's connected to my provider and BIS but nothing will connect. Berryweather, Socialscope, email, BBM doesn't work, going to google doesn't work.

    Everything works fine if i'm on WiFi though.

    Edit: Update

    Now I have browser service but not connected to BIS.

    Weird.

    Web or email on 9810 (rogers) and my s3 (rogers) is not working either.

    I'm in burnaby, everything seems ok on fido hitting 3g with bb logo.. could it be local?

    Data on my Fido data for my factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy S II all of sudden doesn't work either. Called customer support and they refused to provide me service. I am in Downtown Vancouver location currently

    I'm in Burnaby. Don't reboot your phone or else you might lose data like us.

    Right now, no BB logo except when i use Wifi.

    Fido chat is useless...they won't take technical issues over chat...even though I did get technical issues resolved through chat before.

    50 Minute phone call with rogers about both my s3 and my farthers 9810 didn't resolve the issue.. Looks to be an issue with the tower we are on (pacific Ave, winnipeg), Txt and voice, data is hit or miss.

    No Email via bis or on s3 using 2g or hspa+

    Got BIS back but no Internet.

    Registering through Host Routing table doesn't send me anything.

    Receiving email has been intermittently slow for the last couple of weeks, sometimes up to half an hour. It has been problematic over a range of accounts: Yahoo, Gmail, OWA. Sending emails over yahoo is also frequently sketchy, with it reporting general failure and taking a few attempts. Anyone else with Fido have issues?

    My 9900 shows me as connected but I can't access internet or get emails. I'm on Virgin/Bell.
