I'm in contact with an technician from RIM Support Team, and he send me this email, after I showed him my error message, and he checked it, he send me this answer

*******************

The error message you submitted tells us the email was sent properly but the error is on the server side, its Crackberry that is giving the error from their servers.

*******************

I hope this will help the CrackBerry team for the troubleshooting

Email forwarding doesn't seem to be working again.

Can't get my Keycodes from the Blackberry Beta site and after sending a test message to the forwarding address I have not received it yet.

Since it's working for the vast overwhelming majority, including all moderator reporting, regardless what RIM and the carriers suggest, the problem is not coming from CrackBerry, so there's nothing we can do to resolve it.

There are two possible reasons for this:

The email forwarding rules aren't being applied to the mail server. Sometimes this happens when some of the servers are updated/upgraded, and we have to configure them again to make it work again. We did some tests, and all the servers are configured properly.

The email is rejected by the destination account. We had an issue a few months back where our email server was blacklisted (because of the hacking), but has been fine for a while. We checked the CB email forwarding server, and it isn't listed on any of the black listing services. So if you aren't getting email on an account, then it most likely means that your account has banned email from the crackberry.com domain. There is nothing we can do about it unfortunately. I would recommend switching to a different account, or contact the administrator that manages your email accounts to get them to allow forwarded emails from @crackberry.com domain.

Best we can do - sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Adam for looking into. I have changed the email account a couple of times but unfortunatley nothing has changed. So I don't think different domains are blocking the crackberry domain.

It also seems interesting that emails started coming through on the 30/11, I can see this happen for other people on the thread as well and then they stopped again. (not sure if there are any logs that indicate a change on that particular day) To me this would indicate that it isn't an issue with the email account so not sure where we go from here.

Thats another reason, why I thing that the issue is on CB's side... The problems are in different countrys with different providers! It would be very suprised, when all the providers put CB on there Blacklist
