CONFIRMED: Downtown Toronto Rogers (& Fido/CHATR of course) 3G outage
The Adelaide & King area of downtown Toronto is experiencing a 3G outage where data & voice aren't going through (including text messages aka SMS).
Just spoke to Rogers and they confirmed there have been numerous complaints on the issue. This has been going on since at least yesterday, if not since Wednesday. They opened a ticket and should be looking into it (if they aren't already).
The customer service agent wasn't able to give me very much info on the issue and I had to convince him there was an issue especially when he started asking me about wifi and what the building I work in is made of  He checked w/ 2nd level support and they mentioned that there have been a lot of people that have reported issues in the area as well.
I've forced my BB to 2G while I'm at work.
