BIS is back up for TMO in Southern California IE for me that is. I was waiting all day to try and login to resend service books to myself, but wasn't able to. Now I am.

Anyone on Verizon having issues besides me, I cannot connect to the internet, but can send e-mails. My signal is at 1XEV as well...

Same here. I've been having browser problems for the last 2 days. Virginia FYI.

BIS has officially gone nuts!

It was up for a couple seconds then crashed again!
