Hey All,

Yester18 raised a great point.... "Kevin, why don't we setup a forum in the carriers' section so when an outage is going on and tons of threads pop-up they can all go in one place?"

Dang fine idea.... so here it is. If you think you're experiencing a BlackBerry data/service outage, be it localized or more widespread, you can post about it here. And once a service issue is identified by other members, it'll be easy to stay on top of what's happening with all threads placed in one spot.

Hopefully this forum won't have to get used much... we all hate service outages, but at least if there is an outage you can stay on top of it here.

nope nothing. it's weird bc i'm getting strong 3G signal. just not on the bb network. i've reregistered the bb (it doesnt send the confirmation message til much later) and i sent service books. not sure what's going on.

This happened to me earlier too. It was only once though. I am in St. Louis. My signal seems stronger here lately too. Here's hopin they are making improvements!

Anyone noticing BIS delays today? I'm with Tmobile and Gmail messages are arriving about an hour later. Was working fine yesterday.

Is anyone else experiencing a service outage in Northern California - Bay Area? I am not receiving any emails. Wondering if is because of the powerful storm/rain/wind we had yesterday and that has caused a service outage.


UPDATE: I have been receiving emails since 9:30 PST.

****TMOBILE NATIONAL VOICE OUTAGE****


So TMobile confirmed that there is an incoming voice outage affecting all TMobile users. Most users can make calls out (to none TMobile phones) and use data, but cannot receive calls. There is also a number of users that cannot connect to the network at all. Yikes!

T-mobile has been pissin' me the funk off for the past 5 months! I'm in nj and having problems with making outgoing calls. My text are coming and going as well as e-mails, tethering also works for me as i'm doing so as i type. From what i understand it's not just blackberrys all devices on the network are shot! Hope this means something big? Probably not.
