Yep, looks like its down again, since about 2p.m. Dubai time.. is this due to the BIS 4.1 update?

With so many users, one would think RIM would have a backup plan, this outtage just two days after iphone 4S releases and I tell all my iPhone buddies that I'll never move over to the dark side!
