for whatever reason, I'm on full EDGE but BIS not connecting anyway...

ETA: I take it back, my EDGE went down the tubes, am now on edge... sad panda.

To clear the air:

It is NOT a service provider issue.

It is a RIM issue as I am employee of one of the many service providers and our's are hit and miss as well
