BIS Outage?

On 9810 - when connected to 4G only - BIS is "Not Connected". Once I arrived at work and could access WiFi - BIS connects and all is well again. I just checked and if I turn off WiFi - 4G is still "not connected". ATT problem?

It was not a BIS outage. It was a regional AT&T outage.
