BES outage?

I updated my 9700 to v6 then gprs in lowercase meaning no BB service. My carrier support told me to wipe the phone. I did it same result.
Then I decied to switch SIM card with my 9780 which had service. Then both had no service. Switched SIM card again same thing. I guess the service is out.. Anyone has any intel? I'm trying to contact my carrier but no answer for 30 min..

If you are on BES, they will ask you if you contacted your company BES admin. Your carrier wont be able to fix this unless you are suspended for non pay.

Thanks for your answer. I am the BESX admin. I spent an hour waiting on the phone to get my carrier support. I've asked one of the user that is still connected and the e-mail are going thru. It seems the new connections won't be established but existing are ok. I've also tried with a 8310 on Orange France and same thing. It worked once then after a battery swap no more BB service.
I hope this will only last few hours. So do not switch off your radio.
Anyone else affected?

The service has been back on the 9700 after 1 hour and an half.
But the 9780 has been back after 7 hour and an half..
I tried the 83100 the service is back also.
