Must be Vodafone. Their services suck in India too....Horrible if you ask me. Zero customer support and idiotic helplines.

O2 UK. My BBM has been down for a while. This is just silly now. Spoke to O2 and they haven't heard anything from Blackberry UK. UK friends are experiencing same thing with intermitant messages getting through. I don't want or haven't downloaded any of the rubbish apps from last months outgage.

Don't fret we will get an update from RIM in three days

What rubbish will they offer us this time do you all think ?

Because there wasn't an immediate response it must be RIM's fault?

It's like a default now. So pathetic.

O2 has supported BBM and other BIS services all day, without interruption. Sounds like a failure local to Vodafone.

Houshinto, no one is threatening to leave buddy. We are simply asking for quality of service, afterall RIM isn't a charity. The last time I looked at my bank account I confirmed that RIM are happily taking their monthly subscriptions.

Here's hoping that you also get an outage today.

I find it funny that when anything happens to their service people start saying that they are leaving RIM/BB and then the next thing happens and it seems the same people say the same thing "This is the last draw, Iphone/Android here i come"

but if you ask me I say please leave more service for me

and package all your BB stuff up and put it on ebay

and start enjoying your new free from problem life

EDIT: Im just talking about people in general, like with the last "Outage" we had this week everyone freaked out and said omg im leaving rim this is the last straw, and then we found out that ISP's were down and it had nothing to do with RIM and still people kept ********, just a rant that has built up over the last few weeks not an attack on anyone
