    Im still taking calls about the issue, Rogers IVR says it has been resolved but its still up on our outage board, my phone is still affected and im with telus ive been constantly refreshing it most of the night
    I work as a Blackberry Tech Support agent for Rogers Wireless

    actually... actually... seems to be working now :| slightly delayed, but i can get/send email/bbm O_O dear lord i hope it stays now ....

    I did a battery pull and waited for my device to restart.....
    My BBM is alive again!
    Other Apps (FB,Twitter,etc...) are working, but lagging.....

    Facebook is laggin' to **** and back. But data works fine. E-mail is a snail, i'm not worried, no floods yet. I have been checking mail on my computer every 15-45 minutes. Once the flood comes in, i'll mark it all as read to dismiss anything I have read already.

    still no service here sherwood park canada telus mobility . battery pull, attempted to resend host routing table, service books no go. no browsing no bbm no email 122am mst .

    This whole blackberry sage really pains me for number of reason:

    My girlfriend is currently oversea and we heavily rely on BBM for communicating (instead of SMS). I still couldn't receive her message although she can receive mine. We ended up started yelling at each other because I wanted to try if we can fix it somehow on our own. Maybe battery pull will do the job?

    Friends who started dissing their Blackberry for an iPhone after dissing iPhone few weeks ago. WTF is that? Some started wanting to trade their BB for an iPhone. Of course, iFanboys and girls - started replying like "not in a million years".

    This really hurt my feelings that even some loyal BB fans are not longer using BB.

    Pulled battery etc & still not connected. lol @ loyal BB fans jumping ship. Brand new 9900 fresh out the box & just waiting patiently for all services to be restored.

    Dude, toggle the mobile network connection off, remove "blckberry internet service and blackberry internet service 2, resend servicebooks. That fixed it for me when I had the same issues.Edit: Don't forget to turn it back on after.
