All Carriers - 2010-07-20 - Devices unable to provision?
We just got a note from our VZW rep (Arizona) that their tech support sent over a problem this morning stating that:
"Blackberry devices are unable to provision at this time for all carriers".
Anyone hearing similar or seeing problems in other locales? - 07-20-2010, 10:24 AM #2

Just spoke to T-Mobile who confirmed it was down as well.

What does "unable to provision" mean? I have been having off and on service issues with verizon for a couple of days.

I just got an all clear from our VZW rep saying:
"Blackberry NOC issue fixed"
So, there's that. As to Jacobite's question I haven't seen any issues with devices that were already configured and running but I've had issues all for more than a week setting up new ones (aka provisioning). They either won't register with Verizon (*228), won't register with BlackBerry Infrastructure, or won't Enterprise Activate. We've been getting told since last week that there were 'known issues' but haven't gotten any solid answers on timelines. Yesterday we were told things were fixed only to be greeted by this message first thing today. - 07-20-2010, 05:15 PM #6
My BBM is very sluggish today, and seems to go in and out at times. In the LA area...
Anybody else experiencing this?Palm Treo -> BB Pearl 8100 -> BB Curve 8330 -> BB Tour 9630 -> BB Bold 9650 -> Droid Pro (w/ 2.2) -> TBD (Big Red's LTE device when available)
Gotta love my toys...
