9/16/2011 BBM/BIS outage discussion
I am pretty sure it's not just me because other people in my geographical area are having the same issue. I live along the Canada/USA border and even my American friends are having issues.
Here is what I have noticed. BBM will either not show the D mark when a message is sent and the other person may or may not get it. Or the D is shown, but the question of if the other person received it is questionable. Then sometimes after 20 - 30 min of no BBM messages a bunch will come, the BB lights up like a X-mass tree and then it takes a crap again.
I have also noticed that BIS e-mail is extremely slow. E-mails will hit my inbox and about 1 hour later my BB is going off.
I believe RIM is having some serious issue's and they need the straighten them out quick. Maybe some RIM employee should check the crack berry forums and report back. It seams to me RIM never listen's to what it's customers are saying and yesterdays Q2 financial results are no surprise to me. Maybe just maybe I made a big mistake buying yet another Blackberry (Bold 9900).
