Emails delayed 20+ minutes for at least the last couple hours. Is anyone else experiencing something like this?

A reboot may have fixed it for me. Sorry to post prematurely. I think all the recent outages have made me trigger happy.

I spoke too soon. I am still getting 15+ minute delays. Anyone else?

I had email delays of up to 1 hour this morning.

I tried calling Verizon about an hour ago, and their support line was dead. Whatever I pressed on the automated system, I was transferred and received a "this number is no longer in service with Verizon Wireless" or something like that. I tried calling several times. Finally, I got through about 20 minutes ago, but gave up while on hold.
