Waiting to talk to tech support now. Data and cellular has been intermittent all day. So far they haven't informed the call center, though there was a recording about 4G service interruptions the second time I called. My first call at 9:15 received the usual denial there was any service issue on their end. Obviously it's impacting beyond the 4G bands. Surprised I'm the first one reporting this.
