QNX is the Operating System that The BlackBerry PlayBook uses.

QNX is a company that RIM bought out in 2010, QNX created an operating system which thousands of non-BlackBerry devices are based off, but the Playbook runs a modified version of a QNX OS, and so will all future BlackBerry handsets, hopefully as of 2012. The platform for all of it is to be named "BBX," you can search for the tag 'bbx' in the forums to find out more about it.
