I don't think it would be a vzw torch, seeing how vzw doesn't have 4g. Sprint maybe?

Notice the "Plataform" typo on the 9850 screen. I think you're right.

On the second picture, it looks like it says "Plataforma" which means "Platform" in spanish. I also see the word "de" which means "of" which refers the Cryptographic Kernel. Hmm. It could fake or not. T-Mobile 3.9G/4G?

The screen dimensions look like a 9700/9650 but why bother with 4G there.

Also I will go with fake based on the typos.

well he did say that it was in Spanish and as a lot of us know already, Verizon is making a 4G network LTE to be coming out sometime next year. I dont anticipate these phones being released until next year anyway.

T-Mobile will be going nation wide with their "4G" network sooner than everyone things. If the 9890 is not for AT&T, could we be seen this as the "Torch" for T-Mobile?

I wish the torch comes to verizon with an improved BBOS6 and better screen resolution and no lag. That would be amazing.

The first one says 9890 and is spelled correctly. The 2nd is 9850 and has spelling errors and just doesn't look right to me. So, I would say the first one IS a true shot, the 2nd Isn't, and is done poorly at that.
The xx90 may be the indicator of a 4g/lte based device. I would say Premiere customers can safely upgrade to the Bold now, or wait a few more weeks for the Style, and be able to get on the Torch after it's teething period and first set of updates

I would have to go on a limb and say that the 9890 will be the 4g BB, and likely a Torch style. Sprint opted to NOT carry the Torch (as per my contact, they did not want another $200 BB), and wanted to continue testing of a 4g variety.
