Default Storm 3 or 4 going have HD video recording???

Just wondering if anyone has heard if the new Storm series or any rumored BB will have HD video recording? It is already incorporated with the new Droids and iPhones....

I'd think it depends on branding; The refresh of the Storm2 coming this fall most likely won't be able to, but I'd bet money that the new LTE model that will ship in the first half of next year will.

Whether they call this fall's refresh the Storm3, or save that name for the next real new model I don't know.

I've NO IDEA, but if I HAD to place a bet, I'd say "no". Don't ask me why I say that, as it's not based on any current info. Just a gut feeling.

I wouldn't bet money either way....

The LTE STORM "should" have HD capabilities if RIM wants to continue attracting people from the consumer market and try to "compete" with Apple and Android. But that doesn't mean that RIM is working on it right now.

Of course next years iPhone that will be release a few months after the LTE STORM appears to be coming, is suppose to have a 3D Holographic recorded and projector built-in.

The only thing limiting HD video recording is processing power. The storm 3 will be 1ghz and so it will be able to support HD video recording.

And yeah, the odin refresh is not the storm 3, as storm 3 is a 2011 product.

I might suggest "HD video" deserves an HD screen, so the more important question is...

It may be 2-3 years before RIM manufactures a device like that.
