Obviously a testing unit for BlackBerry 10 version for devices with a physical keyboard.
It even says "Not for sale" on the bottom left corner.

It's most likely not for the big markets... lower end/lower priced device...think outside the box and realize there are people still on os 4 or os 5 devices that simply don't have money to get a new bb10 device, hence this is being developed

HAHAHAHAHA That thing is like the goblin of the Mobile world...It's rather foul-looking.
Mmm...CB10! Just the tip though...
EDIT 2014-09-25: I actually like the device now...silly me. I was being quite narrow-minded.

in my opinion its a Z3 qwerty brother, like the Q10 for the Z10. eventhough the Q10 didnt take much of the z10 design language, this one is very close to the z3, i mean look at the z3 leak... same sharp edges and angular design language, and if it was adressed for the same market... i guess it would be a nice device for 100$ more or less. the screen is kind of big for the overall device.

A super low end sub 200 qwerty is needed to attract BBOS customer to upgrade.
The Q5 is much to expensive.
In the same philosophy of Z3, the large battery and large screen (4 inch for qwerty would be nice) is a must. This is the trend now and big screens and battery is in high demand.
So Z3 5" all touch, Q3 4" qwerty, both for under 200 and then we can watch sales shoot through the roof.
