I personally think its fake.

Why would there be an "all apps" button?

I'm not saying it won't come. But I think the London phone is fake.

Why would an 'all apps' button indicate it is fake? I can see that pressing the button would be akin to pressing the menu button which brings up all the native and installed apps. Makes sense to me, there isn't any physical buttons.

Fake or not, rim needs to tweek the outside, no buttons? Ok with me too bad it isn't like the storm II .
