In spite of what our fearless leader, Heins, has said about no concrete plans for a PlayBook on BB10, per the article below:

There seems to be a quite strong message from senior staff at BlackBerry in the Middle East about a new PlayBook built for BB10.

Did they even launch the 3g/4g model, perhaps it is that one or maybe it is simply confusion over bb10 being on playbook, this one message does seem to be very different from any recent leaks or public comments from BB.
