Android player on Colt?

if the colt will have qnx like PB could Colt also possibly have android player? and what could that mean for android phones with BB having their apps?

That's what the rumors are for now. Look at this article. As to what that will mean, it's WAY too early to know, as it hasn't even come out on the PB yet. There are some concerns that no one would code for QNX natively if the Android apps will run on BB but until the functionality is available in the marketplace, it's pure speculation.
