Default Will my current plan work on a BB?

Hey everyone,

Right now I have a Nokia XpressMusic 5800. I have about 2 years left on contract.
My phone plan includes the $20 Value Pack for Mobile Phones. With it I get unlimited data/ texting, call display, name display etc.

The GUI of some Apps on the Nokia are just, well... horrible.

I'm thinking of getting a Blackberry mainly because of the QWERTY keyboard and the better developed apps. I would get an iPhone or Android phone but I just won't want a touch screen phone at this point.

What I want to know is will my unlimited data still work on a BB? I don't plan to use BBM so it doesn't matter to me whether that works or not. All I care about is if the browser will work (or will I have to download OperaMobile?) and if internet based apps will work, such as facebook, twitter, weather, news, stocks etc.

The BlackBerry Apps (push email, BlackBerry Browser, BBMaps, BBM, Facebook, Twitter, Google Apps) require a BlackBerry Data plan in order to work. A generic or regular smartphone plan won't work.

Some third party apps will work with a generic plan but most won't.

The unlimited mobile browsing that the OP has on a regular feature phone will not work with a BB at all, even for apps that don't require BIS access.
