Default what do you think i should be getting

so here is my dilemma. on friday nite my data stopped working. so saturday i called rogers to get it fixed. 4 hrs later still no data and all my phone features are gone all i can do is make and receive calls and txts. the rogers tech said he had to elevated to 2nd level support and they would call me back. Another 2hrs later on sunday still no joy they say they will call back monday. They called me today and had me take the battery out and they would call me back. i get a call back that they still cant fix it and they would get it fixed within the next 2 days but this time when my phone boots up i get the message sim not provisioned so another call to rogers to get them to reactivate my sim. So i'm at 3 days an counting with nothing that i'm paying for what do you think i should ask them for credit wise if/when they get this fixed?

sorry for the longish post

I wouldn't expect much. They'll most likely just tell you that they can only prorate your fees for those 3 days or 4 days of lost usage. It doesn't hurt to talk to retentions though and see what, if anything, they can do additionally like a small credit to your account. Its unlikely, but worth trying.
