Default Weird problem with email

When I try to send or reply to an email, it tells me "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, Please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan"

Back story: I bought an AT&T 9700 about 6 months ago, unlocked it for rogers, used it for 4 months, bought an iPhone and have been using that since. I called rogers when I got the iphone to get iphone data put on my plan and blackberry data taken off. Before that point, email, facebook, bbm, etc all worked perfectly.

I called rogers today to get blackberry data put back onto my plan. Now I have unlimited personal email and instant messaging on my plan. Now every time I try to send an email, I get that. I called rogers multiple times, went to their blackberry email site, pulled the battery multiple times, resent the service books, everything I could think of, and it still won't work.
