Default Voice mail problem

I've had this problem ever since I got my blackberry curve 8320. I swapped my sim card from my rogers razor to my unlocked t-mobile curve and now when people call me it's doesn't go to my voice mail you just get the recorded rogers message saying the wireless customer is no longer available. I've got into my voice from the curve no problem is there something i need to do to activate voice mail again? I should also add my current plan is a Corporate Business Plan $18.00 if that helps.

You've got to go in and re-setup your voice mail. It happened to me as well. Call up your voicemail and go through the motions of putting your voice saying " Name/short message " etc. That should cure your problem. Always worked for me.

What phone you have should have nothing to do with your voicemail working or not. You could stick your sim card in a bananna and the calls should go to your voicemail. Talk to someone in customer service, someone will eventually fix it for you.

When in doubt, go back to your stock configuration. Swap the SIM back into the Razr, and then have people try to call you and go into voicemail. If it doesn't work with your Razr, then call into Rogers and say you have the problem with the Razr. From what I recall, I believe the CSR may reset your voicemail ("remove" it from your account and "reinitialize it").
