upgrading phone

in rogers when can you upgrade your phone when you're on a three-year contract?

When I wanted to upgrade my phone, I was 2 years into my plan. I signed a contract in Oct 2007, so by October 2009 I was eligible to upgrade as long as I renewed my contract (which I had no problem doing) I actually was able to upgrade in July. I called and spoke to a rogers Rep who was more than happy to set everything up for me.


Too bad I "spent" my upgrade on an iPhone 3Gs but thankfully my father was up for an upgrade, so I used his without putting out a lot of extra
