Unlimited social networking BBM

K so heres the story.
I bought a Samsung corby pro with the $30 student plan. I had unlimited messaging, unlimited evenings and weekends, unlimited network calling and 150 minutes. I then changed to a Blackberry 9700 but simply swapping the simcard out. After I did that, I changed one of my features from unlimited network calling to unlimited social networking and browsing.

My question is that how do I get my bbm to work like this? When I changed the feature, I tried adding a PIN on bbm but it didn't work. Is there any steps for this?

Also, I tried browsing on my bb since I have unlimited browsing as part of the feature, but it doesn't work.

Any helps?

You need to call Rogers an d have them change your plan to the BlackBerry Social plan.

Mama is 100% correct.
BlackBerrys use a different kind of data plan. All data being transferred for core apps such as Browser and BBM go through RIMs servers and requires a BIS/BES Data plan... BIS for personal and most companies run BES.

Do as Mama has stated, call Rogers and have them change your plan to a BlackBerry specific fan and everything should work
