hey guys can a telus iphone 4 be unlocked to use on the Rogers network?
and vice versa can a torch from Rogers be used on Telus if its unlocked?

Telus roger and bell all run the same 3G frequencies. So yes.

Just make sure to get the pin released from original carrier if swapping BBs.

Nope, as long as it has the Rogers or Telus or even Bell 3G band its interchangeable.

But you won't get 2G service on Bell or Telus
