T-Mobile vs Rogers Blackbery OS

I'm new to the BB addiction and I will be using a Curve 8320 on the Rogers network, but the phone was originally from T-Mobile. so i'm wondering what are the pros and cons of using the 4.5 OS from T-Mobile vs the one from Rogers.
I understand the carriers can lock or disable options if they want to, that's why I'm hesitating to use the Rogers version but at the same time, will I be able to get all the features working on Rogers if I'm using a T-Mobile OS ?

I have the same model, there is no problem with upgrading the OS to the most current versions.

Unfortunatly, it will not work with Rogers TalkSpot UMA service, yet.
