Student Plan/New BB 9900 Question...

Hi-
I currently have a rogers student plan in Toronto setup, which i like everything about, except it is apparently "discontinued" and therefore cannot be edited at rogers.
I am going to University next year in London, ON, so i will need MY 5 Canada wide which my plan does not provide, and i do not want to spend an extra 20 bucks on.
I also want to do an early upgrade to the 9900 when it comes out in the next month or so.
So, my question is, does anyone know when the new student plans will be out for this year?
I assume they would want them out in August sometime before school starts, but if the 9900 comes out without student plans out yet, then i have an issue, since they will not let me renew my current plan, and therefore i won't be able to get the phone unless i sign for 3 yrs on a regular plan, which is more expensive...

Any ideas??

i just saw the commercial for it like 5 minutes ago. its a bunch of unlimitedness didnt see the price for it but best thing to do is call up rogers and be very nice to the person on the phone. im sure you will get all the information you need

What do you mean by can not be edited? Dude if youre already on contract don't renew your contract on one of those overpriced new student plans, call in to retentions and ask for a deal and explain your situation. To get through to retentions call *611 and threaten to cancel then they'll transfer you over. Refer to the thread in my signature for more info. Cheers.
