Student plan?
Anyone on the Rogers Student plan which is 50 bucks? how is that a student plan? 50 bucks to an everyday college student is a fortune, how do you they think that in todays college costs that we can afford that?

It's all relative.
Just go for the cheapest plan with MY5 and see what happens. You can talk to family and a few friends as long as you like that way, not to mention put a calling card number in there to get "unlimited" long distance calling for the price of a calling card. - 09-05-2009, 04:57 AM #4
$50 a month works out to about what a 1-semester university course would cost; if you need to talk (and especially if you need data), you'll have to deal with it. The way I think about it though, is that $50 a month is like one tank of gas, or a few pizzas/beers. If you're tight for money, forego BBs and data plans and stick to just a voice plan (my5/my10 are excellent usually)
