Default Rogers retention number ?

Hi All...

I'm at the end of a 3yr term this month and have my eyes on the Bold 9900

Can someone tell me if Rogers still has a retentions number , the old number says it's been discontinued ??!

thx

it's better if you call in and get transfered to them. they can tell if you call directly

I thought they axed the retention number all over.

Anyways, youre better off getting transferred in as suggested

there is a 514 number if you wanna get through to them directly it is: 5147347873

worth a shot though theres nothing to lose cuz you can always hang up and tbh I dont think most reps care if you called in directly

sometimes they put down notes that you called directly, which the next rep can see, always good to see you called through CService rather than directly

I see that bestbuy has the phone at 149$, I guess retentions will have to match that price when I call

Actually does CS actually deliver the phone or do you have to go to store because I got my old 900 ordered from Rogers CS?
