Default Rogers online BIS email settings

just swithed to a unlocked telus 9900, but i fotgot my bb id, so i created another one, registered all my emails fine, works perfectly.

the problem is the email settings won't get updated on rogers bis site, tried change device button, resend service books, no luck

called rogers, the girl told me because it is a telus phone, rogers won't be able to recognize it. is that true?

coz as far as i can recall, i was be able to manage all my email settings on another unlocked 9780 a while back, pls help me out

The PIN might still be locked to TELUS' BIS. Call up TELUS support, 866-558-2273 and ask them to release the PIN. You may need to provide an account number (open or closed) to prove that the device was legally obtained by you.

wxmancanada is right, It's really sounds like a BIS PIN issue, so contact telus to resolve this.

Try reloading the device with a Roger OS
