Default Rogers My Account App

My rogers my account app / my online billing page doesnt show my usage. Does anyone else have this issue?

mine Is fine. Did you change anything with your account with Rogers recently? If you did it messes it up until the next billing cycle

im on a new contract but that was starting september.. its been a couple of billing cycles already and the data is still not coming in. I just want to track it better now that I have mobile hotspot and all =)

Totally don't blame you on that one. It should have refreshed itself by now.
You could try deleting the app and installing but that might make it mess up for another billing cycle.
If your on WiFi, shut that off and try. Mine is a little goofy on WiFi.
Not sure what else to suggest

so i finally see it now and it shows me that ive used around 370 mb but i know ive tethered around 330 mbs this month... + another 200 mb or so from my playbook. Is it that inaccurate? lol

I know that if you have a Family plan, or any plan, and then you add Data as an add on, it won't show up.

on an iphone it won't work at all on wifi. How would it authenticate. ARe you saying you can still see details about your account on your BB on wifI?

Some people have written about their stats not updating on that app. No real explanation of why.

Mine has always worked fine OOB.
