Default Rogers Glitch?

I posted this under service outages as well as I am unsure where the glitch occurred:
Strange happening: service books mysteriously resent themselves to me overnight. Oddly emails sent to me between roughly (I know of 3) 11 PM and 6AM this morning never arrived nor do they show on my service. Anyone have any insight? I am in Ontario.

Don't know about the email thing but service books usually get re sent over night if there has been a change to them. So that's nothing new.
But for the email? If you're with gmail, its a know issue.
If your with hotmail... That lags too.

Any other email carrier... Ill be stumped.

Thanks for the response. Yes-Gmail. Regarding the other point, I have been on BB with Rogers for a few years and never had all of my service books resent unless I initiated the process...
