Rogers Blackberry 9900 broken send button

Hey guys

I'm just wondering what the best course of action is with my new 9900 and Rogers. I bought the phone a little more than 2 weeks ago (past the 15 day return policy). When I was pressing down on the send button last night I felt that it was a little broken, as in the other 3 buttons including the trackpad to be more "clicky" than it. It "felt" like the send button wasn't pressing down at all even though it was working.

Would I be able to get an exchange or what's the best course of action for this problem.

Btw, I bought this phone from a Rogers Plus location (if that helps)
