    No.

Your account number is found in the top right of a Rogers bill.

However, if you call into Rogers, either the automated system or a CSR will use your phone number, postal code and date of birth to confirm you as a subscriber and pull up your account.

And the customers can be quite the prizes as well.

You think dealing with the reps are a problem. Try dealing with the actual customers. I guarantee you'll have a different outlook on things.

Junkie, my outlook needs no adjustment. I am always respectful and polite when talking to call center people. No need to get personal on this.

Digressing back to the original point of the thread for a sec - why are you seeking your account #?

If you simply wish to get an account balance (because you haven't received your first bill) you should be able to get that via #611 on your cell and saying 'account balance' when the automated system kicks in. Again, it may ask for your postal code, but there should be no need to go to a CSR, i=f you have an aversion to them.
